Solid advice for successful hotel owners

Guestline is presenting its new Guest Experience platform featuring partner solutions at ITB Berlin

How can hotels get guests to book directly via their own website? How should hotels plan their rates? At ITB Berlin Guestline, a leading supplier of cloud-based PMS solutions, will be giving answers to these questions and other pressing issues occupying hotel owners. At various lectures the company and several partners will be discussing successful practical examples and providing tips directly on the stand of Guestline (105) in Hall 7.1c. Guestline will also be presenting its Direct Booking Manager (DBM).

At the Guest Experience platform on the stand of Guestline, hotel owners can find out how to digitalise every process in the hotel – including how to attract guests, intuitive operative tools and fully integrated channel management solutions. The PMS solutions presented can be used to improve customer loyalty, boost direct business and increase hotel revenues and profits.

Guestline’s intelligent marketing tools let hotel owners make the best of their various channels and monitor rates and room availability. This is Guestline’s response to increasing demand and above all to the many questions asked by hotels with regard to digitalisation.

In particular, hotel owners want to know how to generate and process more bookings via their own website. Mobile devices are now the big trend: more and more travellers are booking trips via smartphones and tablets. According to the Criteo Travel Flash Report one in three bookings in Europe are made via mobile devices.

Another topic occupying many hotel owners is distribution. In a lecture on smart distribution, Kristof Roemer and Guestline’s partners Duetto, IDEAS and Revinate, will explain how hotel owners can use rate management to increase their revenues and profits per guest.

However, good rate management is of no use if there are not enough guests booking via a hotel website. Using the new DBM and together with the partner TripTease, Guestline will show how hotel owners can increase direct bookings via their own website and improve their conversion rate.

How can one make sure guests have a great time? How can one offer outstanding service? How can one improve checking in and communications before and after a stay? These are questions to which Guestline and GuestRevu will have answers.
