New GuestU app functions improve customer satisfaction and boost hotel business
GuestU provides innovative mobile solutions for the hospitality industry. Since its launch in February 2015 GuestU has been able to secure 300 partners. This year this SaaS startup is represented at ITB Berlin for the second time and will be presenting its new app features. At the Phocuswright Fast Track event Euclides Major, the CEO of GuestU, will be talking about innovations in the European startup scene and taking part in an executive round table on “Continuing the Innovation Conversation”, which will take place on 10 March from 10.30 to 11.15 a.m. in Hall 6.1 on the eTravel Stage.
GuestU designs customised apps for hotels, hostels and apartments which run on Android and iOS devices. Hotels can install and individually configure their own mobile concierge service in order to be in close contact with their guests. GuestU makes it easy to configure apps for individual customers using an easy-to-operate back office system. In order to do so they provide a branded app with customised content and GPS-guided tours which are put together by a team of journalists and editors.
