This ITB Berlin was very large, very busy and somehow tiring. We came here to physically get to know and understand the European market. This is our first time in Berlin and we were amazed at how expensive it is. We can get a good meal for two euros back home. For Europeans in search of medical tourism Malaysia is a long way away, the trip is too long. However, the wellness products we offer can be easily combined with eco-tourism and other holidays, and that is why we are here. This integrated experience, the result of our multicultural diversity, is a high-quality product and costs very little. We are open to all influences and keen to learn, for example from the German Spa  Association.
