The ITB App lets users organise everything to do with their visit to the World’s Largest Travel Trade Show and access any information and services anywhere and anytime – New interactive features help to organise one’s visit. Features following the app’s relaunch provide expanded business contact data.

The ITB App is a vital tool with all the information one needs about ITB Berlin 2017 and helps users find their way around the exhibition grounds. The new 3D map of the grounds lets visitors take a look at the display halls and convention venues, and the new navigation function makes it easier for them to find their way around.

A new, personalised chatroom offers useful services. Exhibitors and trade visitors who have registered via email or logged on in the Virtual Market Place® can search for and chat directly with each other there and spontaneously set up appointments.

The ITB App also has all the details about the convention programme and events, and users’ personal preferences can be bookmarked in a calendar. Those who are undecided can check the ’What’s on now?’ section to get an idea of events currently taking place. Anyone unable to be in Berlin can follow lectures and discussions at the ITB Berlin Convention via live feeds. Selected sessions also allow exhibitors and trade visitors to vote and ask questions via the ITB App, yet another new feature.

The ITB A-Z services also offer practical help, for example where to find the nearest entrance or exit on the grounds, where to get a coffee break, or where to find a quiet place for one's next meeting. The ITB App is also just as useful away from the bustle of the fair. The ’Green Berlin Guide’ offers a selection of cafés, shops, events and hotspots where one can explore the ’green’ side of Berlin. The ITB App can be downloaded now free of charge from the App Store or Google Play.
