Rika Jean Francois, the CSR commissioner of ITB Berlin, has been newly appointed to the board of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and on behalf of the World’s Largest Travel Trade Show took part as a speaker in the annual global conference of the GSTC on the Azores.
